With the recent announcement of We Sing Encore, we thought this might be a good time to take a look back at the original We Sing - a game which helped to revolutionise the Karaoke genre, and huge best seller, which was the first of it's kind to let four people sing simultaneously. Released on the 20th November 2009, the game contained 30 popular songs, with a real mixture of tunes to encourage even the most reluctant to have a blast. The full list is as follows:

With three different modes on offer, you'll be bound to find something to rope your friends in, whether you want to test your skills in the solo mode, have fun with your friends in party mode, or do it the real way, in karaoke mode.
If you have a few friends round (or a partner who's not afraid to embarrass themselves) you'll probably find yourself spending most of your time in the party mode, which features an additional five modes - We Sing (a co-operative, just for fun mode), Versus (a standard, competitive mode), Group Battle (where groups of two can face off against each other), Pass the Mic (a crazy mode where people take it in turns singing lines in a song) and First to 5000 points (which does exactly as it says on the tin - the first person to reach 5000 points wins). Like the upcoming sequel, We Sing also features three different difficulty modes, so that everyone, from novices to experienced crooners, can join in the fun.If you can't wait the few weeks until We Sing Encore's released, or just want something to get you in the mood for some singing, go out and grab a copy of We Sing - that is, if you can find it. The game's been such a sustained success, that we've only actually seen a shop with copies once. There's obviously a lot of Karaoke fans out there.
