It's that time of year again - Christmas is coming, and games companies are ready to capitalise on the festive market for party games. Few things bring family and friends together like a good multiplayer game, and karaoke is one of those sure-fire hits everyone can get stuck in to, as blood/mulled wine concentrations start to soar. From the folks that bought us Now That's What I Call Sing and its sequel comes an all new music game in the shape of Let's Sing 2018, featuring a selection of songs that focus a little bit less on modern chart-toppers, in favour of a bevvy of all-rounders that everyone will know - whether you prefer a bit of solo John Lennon, pop oddball Lady Gaga or noughties favourite, Maroon 5's This Love.
A bit of a different Gaga tune, Million Reasons is more of a ballad than some of her more well known tunes.

Joining a long list of recently released karaoke games, including Just Sing, SingStar Celebration, Singstar Ultimate Party, Now That's What I Call Sing, Now That's What I Call Sing 2, We Sing, We Sing Pop and of course Let's Sing 2017, Let's Sing 2018 lets a whopping eight players play together at once, with the option of using either USB microphones, or a nifty smartphone app that turns your phone into a mic to get in on the fun. Alongside your standard sing off mode, Let's Sing 2018 also brings with it a new competitive multiplayer mode too, in the form of 'Mixtape', which creates a mash-up of seven of the game's songs for you to sing through, while 'Feat' mode sees you singing along to the featured artist's part instead (rather than the main tune), and 'TV Mode' rewards those who know the lyrics off by heart, as the on-screen prompts will disappear at random intervals.
