Raving Rabbids: Alive and Kicking is a minigame collection designed for to get the whole family involved. Having travelled through time and space, the zany, dim-witted Rabbids set their sights on the one place they haven't yet conquered - your living room.
Over a collection of more than 40 minigames, it's up to you to fend off the clueless Rabbids through a collection of games that have been designed to embarrass as much as they entertain. Whether you're wiggling your bum to match a curvy graph, posing like a bodybuilder, or sticking out your tongue in an attempt to get your Rabbid to lick his face clean, this is a game that'll have the entire family in heaps of laughter.
Playable by up to 16 players, there's plenty to get the whole family involved here, and it's a lot of fun if you do. The games are all well explained and fairly simple to understand, while there are plenty of games designed purely to get your kids running around and burning energy - in one of the games, the Rabbids fire a laser into your living room (which is shown on screen), and it's up to you to run around in an attempt to dodge it! Playing this, your children will likely burn more calories than most fitness games - and have more fun doing it. There's not too much reading involved either - the only real reading your child will have to do is on the menu screens, if you're not playing along with them, so it ought to be fairly accessible for all ages.
There's little in Rabbids: Alive and Kicking that parents should be concerned about. There's no swearing, violence, gore, or sex - the only thing that may be of note is that one of the minigames lets you basically beat one of the Rabbids up, as he (somewhat cluelessly) attempt to invade your living room. It's all handled in a very slapstick way, though, so it never feels too cruel or upsetting.
