Different puzzles in Miffy's World have different benefits for children, with a range of activities on offer that'll gently push your child across several different disciplines.
Some, such as the puzzle we mentioned in the full review, where you have to find pairs of cards that have the same number of bumble bees on are great, helping your child to count in a game that's aimed at the right age group. The jigsaw puzzles, too, will get your child's brain working, as will the animal noise association quiz.
Others, on the other hand, don't seem to have any benefit at all - a puzzle where you have to guess what item the teddy's building comes to mind, as it's next to impossible to tell what he's putting together until he's practically finished it, meaning many children simply won't be fast enough.
As a children's game, there's absolutely nothing here that parents should be concerned about.
As we touched on in the full review, although Miffy's World can be played as a family, it's a disappointing mode, to say the least, as in order to play through with a parent, you have to play through using an entirely separate save.
With this in mind, it's best to simply always choose to play through with a parent, as once you're in the game, you actually have to choose which parent you want to accompany you, and if you don't pick any, it's essentially the same as playing through on your own, only this time, if your child gets stuck, and decides they need help, you can pop along and give them a hand.
