Life is Strange is a Point and Click game in which the player takes on the role of Max, a college girl who discovers she has an amazing power - the ability to rewind time. With a branching storyline in place, the decisions you make in the game will have a real effect on the characters, and where the story goes - the only difference is, this time, you can rewind your decisions and change them if you don't like how things turn out!
Heavily story driven, this is a slow paced game with little in the way of button mashing action. Instead, the fun here is in reacting to the story, choosing how to respond to the various characters in conversation, and influencing the story as you see fit. Every choice you make will take you down a different path in the game's story.
Life is Strange features frequent swearing from the off, with words such as f**k, s**t and b***h making regular appearances. The game does touch on sex from time to time in conversation - set as it is in a teen environment, where sex is a popular subject - however, there's no nudity or sex scenes involved, and it's only discussed in conversation. There's not much in the way of gore, blood or guts, either - but it does have underlying themes of domestic abuse and physical bullying.
