Game of Thrones is a point and click game, set in the world of the popular HBO TV show and series of books, Game of Thrones. With a slow and steady pace, you'll explore the world and engage in conversation with other characters, with the choices you make during these conversations having an effect on the game's outcomes later on.
In terms of accessibility, all the game requires the player to do is point and click on items or people and interact with them. However, the game does also feature regular "quick time event" sequences, where a button pops up on screen, and you'll have to mash it as quickly as possible - something which some players may find tricky. A strong intuition is also a must, as you'll need to read the brief snippets of sentence the game shows you when it comes to making a choice, and interpret where the conversation may go if you answer in a certain way.
Based on the TV show and series of books of the same name, Game of Thrones the, er, game, has a similar amount of mature content. Language in this game is strong and crude, with regular use of f**k, s**t, ba***rd and bi**h, along with regular graphic fight scenes in which characters may lose limbs, die from stabbings, shootings, beatings and more, all with intense focus on the gore.
While there's no nudity or sex in the game, sex does come up from time to time, with themes and mention of prostitution, marriage nights, and general sexual innuendos and interest.
