On the WiiWare and Virtual Console stores this week are three new games - the classic platformer Mega Man on the Virtual Console, and on the WiiWare store, a fantasy-fighting game and balloon-popping puzzle game.
VIRTUAL CONSOLE - MEGA MAN 4 (CAPCOM, 500 Wii Points)
The world is at peace - until now. A year after Mega Man defeated Dr. Wily, Mega Man's creater recieves a letter from a Dr. Cossack, an evil Russian scientist. Dr. Cossack has plans to destroy Mega Man, to prove that he is the best robot designer of all time. Seriously, have you ever met a virtual Russian that WASN'T evil? Exactly.
WiiWare - Rage of the Gladiator (Ghostfire Games, 1,000 Wii Points)
Fight for your life in the arena, in this fantasy-based fighting game. Special powers include a fiery meteor, a savage tornado, and the ability to transform into a colossus ten times your size. You can also customise your character's appearance, as well as specialising in offense, defense or magic.
WiiWare - Bloons®(Hands-On Mobile, Inc. 500 Wii Points)
Popping balloons is fun - or at least, that's what Hands-On Mobile thinks in this new puzzle game. Work your way through the seventy levels as you try to pop as many balloons as possible with the limited number of darts you are given.
