Wii Party is the newest party game from Nintendo, and features a whole host of mini games and board games for up to four people to play together. Due out on the 8th October, the party game is now also set to come bundled with a spare Wii Remote - perfect for those of you that could do with another one, or if you have a forgetful friend who never remembers to bring theirs along.
In Wii Party, you play as your Mii through thirteen different modes, and nearly eighty different mini games. In the 'House Party' mode, your house becomes as much a part of the game as your Wii and TV, with the game setting you challenges, such as hiding the Wii Remote somewhere in your room for the other players to find. The 'Pair Games' mode sees you and a friend working co-operativelty to, amongst other things, balance Miis on a boat, while 'Party Games' includes 'Board Game Island', an island where the Miis race to the end, playing mini games along the way.
Of course, for those of you that have the full Wii Remote quota, or who already have enough to go round, Nintendo aren't about to force you to buy another one - you'll also be able to buy Wii Party on it's own, without the extra Wii Remote.
For those of you who can't wait till Wii Party, stay tuned as we'll soon be writing up our experiences with it at the games convention, Gamescom, in Cologne. We'll also bring you information on pricing for each of these bundles, as and when we get it.
