With just a few days to go until E3 kicks off on 7th June, we don't have long to wait until we find out exactly what Nintendo's latest home console will be called, what it'll do, and what games it'll have. Of course, that doesn't stop the rumour mill going into overdrive in the meantime - and development sources have been lining up to pour more fuel on the bonfire.
The latest comes from Develop, a fairly trusted industry source, which claims to have had access to a source inside the industry who's been privy to a demonstration of the new console from Nintendo - something which is entirely plausible, as a hardware manufacturer needs to show developers exactly what the console can do before the developers can start making games for it.
The source apparently confirmed the other Wii 2 controller rumours, saying that the console's new controller will feature a huge six inch touchscreen, along with a number of buttons, and possibly two analogue sticks. However, the source also went on the record about something we've heard suggested a few times before - that the controller will feature a front-facing camera. How this will feature in games, we're not sure, but the next few weeks are going to be very exciting indeed, as Nintendo prepares to reveal all...As soon as we get anything official, we'll bring you more!
