If you've been reading our recent previews of the uDraw Gametablet, and its associated software, but still aren't sold (and why not? You should be!), the kind bods over at THQ have decided to put together a nationwide tour for their creativity encouraging device, letting you, and your little ones, try before you buy.
The uDraw Gametablet works by basically bringing the touch screen functionality of the DS to the Wii. What's basically a fully featured graphics tablet, uDraw launches alongside a variety of games that take full advantage of the board's many features, including family favourite Pictionary, and Dood's Big Adventure, while the board itself comes bundled with uDraw Studio, a fully featured paint program that'll allow you, and your little ones, to draw, doodle, and colour to your hearts content, with the added ability to save your pictures to an SD card for easy sharing.
And if you're concerned that you'll be buying a £50 peripheral that won't have any games in the future, we're pleased to say you've got nothing to worry about - when we interviewed uDraw's Project Manager, he assured us that THQ have a range of software in development to make use of the tablet - the first of which is Spongebob Squigglepants, which we've also previewed. It's a lot of fun.
