The Sims 4 team have certainly been busy lately. With an array of different stuff and game packs regularly being released, it can be hard to keep track, yet alone pick a favourite - and now EA and Maxis have announced that another stuff pack will soon be joining the line-up.
The suitably slushily themed Romantic Garden Stuff Pack will be available to buy just in time for Valentine's Day on February 9th, and judging from previously priced Stuff Packs, we're expecting it to weigh in at around the £7.99 price mark.
Bringing with it a whole new range of furnishings to get our hearts racing, from floral and marble décor to rose bushes, from wooden trellis' to lion fountains and columns, the Romantic Garden Stuff Pack gives you everything you need to create the perfect place to serenade your sims. Are you going to focus on decorating your house to make it cosy and ready for spring? Or will you build a community garden fit for weddings, proposals and romantic walks?
Of course a new stuff pack wouldn't be complete without a few "big" bits and special items, and the Romantic Garden Stuff pack delivers with the Fountain of Gluteus Maximus (fountain of butts???), which can be used as somewhere to rest and have a snuggle on, somewhere to light heartedly flick water at your love interest, or even somewhere to take a quick dip if you're feeling adventurous. For the more mischievous ones of you out there, there's also the option to fill the fountain with bubbles and watch as they froth up and rise out of control.
Another cute little aspect (but also a potentially dangerous one) is the new Whispering Wishing Well that will also be available. We've all thrown a penny or two in to a fountain before in hopes that our wishes will come true - and now your Sims can too. Unluckily for our Sims though, their wishes may not be exactly what they'd hoped for. The Whispering Wishing Well will allow Sims to wish for anything they want - children, youth, love, money and much more - but how the Well interpets that wish will depend on how the Sims made the wish and when they made the wish. There will be over 50 possible outcomes to alter the lives of our Sims forever - will their wish end in a happy ever after, or a tragedy and loss? Let's keep our fingers crossed it's good news!
The third and final "big addition" is the Lost Garden of Healing - a brand new Park Venue included that we can only imagine will be filled with a whole load of romantic scenery. Listen out for the 1600s inspired music playing through the park when you take a stroll around. Before visiting the park, why not make sure your Sims are dressed for the occasion in one of the stuff pack's brand new bundled outfits and hairstyles, all ready for the spring season - which we assume means a lot of floral patterns and bright pastel colours!
It seems like the new Stuff Pack will definitely focus on the outdoors, so there's never been a better time to get your Sims outside in the fresh air (even if you yourself are sat indoors playing The Sims!). If you don't have a significant other to spend the big day with, at least you can now spend your day making your Sims fall in love instead, aww (I know I will).
