Paper, glue, scissors… and a controller appear to be the new form of arts and crafts taking over in Tearaway Unfolded. An upgraded version of last year's Vita hit, the papery platform adventure will be launching next week on the Playstation 4, as we embark on an adventure to help the messenger deliver a very special message… to us!
Tearaway breaks down the fourth wall to incorporate you into the adventure, as not only do you appear in the game at times (on the Vita, your face appeared in sun, kind of like on the teletubbies), but Unfolded also makes use of the Dualshock 4 controller to let create paper masterpieces, and throw objects into the game world, and obstruct your enemies' path.
If the stunning scenery and intriguing gameplay weren't enough, there's a whole load of recently announced pre-order bonuses to get you excited too, with several different editions you can plonk a deposit down on! Firstly, the Pop-Up Pack has an array of goodies waiting for us, including;
- A shiny Gold Leaf headband for your messenger
- A Journey costume (adventuring in style is a necessity)
- Sackboy and Baby Wendigo papercraft models (because who doesn't want to decorate their house/office with these?!)
- 4 custom decorations from Lemmings, Gravity Rush, No Man's Sky and The Order 1886

Secondly, there will also be a Messenger Edition available for pre-order exclusively at GAME, which will feature alternative cover art, as well as the Torn-Away Pack including;

- 4 custom decorations from PlayStation favourites God of War, Infamous, The Last of Us and Killzone

Available only in selected retailers (although at the time of writing, it isn't exactly clear which), this is the motherlode of Tearaway packages! Not only will you receive everything included in The Torn-Away Pack, but you'll also become the proud owner of a rare Atoi plushie!
