This week's Deal of the Week is supposedly St. Patrick's Day themed, even though it doesn't really seem it - since when were Green Day Irish (Ed's note: Well, Billie Joe is part Irish, according to Wikipedia... and... er... that's about it)? The only resemblance they bear to St. Patrick's Day is the fact they're 'green' - at least Snow Patrol are from Ireland. Answers on a postcard for how Social Distortion and Rod Stewart fit with the theme though.
Of course, since St. Patrick's Day is the one day of the year where everyone becomes Irish and drink more than their weight in Guinness, perhaps Microsoft are expecting everyone to be too drunk to notice... Either way, discounted stuff is never bad, and it gives us an excuse to make up connections.

Was: 160 Microsoft Points (about £1.36)

In Some Guys Have All The Luck, Rod Stewart seems to be a tad jealous of Dougal, the lad who just beat him to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow [Note: The song actually has nothing to do with rainbows or leprechauns]. Maybe it's because he's part Scottish - you know how racist those Leprechauns can be...
