Hot on the heels of the chart-topping 'Hidden Mysteries: Titanic - Secrets of the Fateful Voyage' comes the announcement of a new DS hidden object games from developers Avanquest Software, called Princess Isabella: A Witch's Curse.
The game follows the story of Princess Isabella, who is about to marry Prince Adam, when, upon returning from a trip, she finds a strange curse has befallen her castle, courtesy of an evil witch, who's turned everyone within it into mirrors. She must then search the castle to find the shards of the mirrors, as only by assembling each person's mirror can she bring the family member back and help lift the curse.
By freeing loved ones, players receive new clues to aid them in there search, and once everyone has been freed, there'll be a final puzzle-solving showdown between you and the witch, to banish her forever. A friendly fairy is on hand for if you get stumped too - she'll give you hints, and comes armed with special abilities and powers (including fire, water, wind and rock). We don't quite know how these fit into the game, but having help on hand can only be a good thing.
Princess Isabella: A Witch's Curse features 40 puzzles, 15 mini games, and a whopping 135 scenes to explore - which should keep you entertained for a while. We're not sure of a release date as yet, but the game should be hitting retailers at a bargain £24.99 - stay tuned to find out when.
