It looks like Nintendo's reduced net profits weren't the only interesting titbit of information to come out of Nintendo's financial report, as this one almost slipped past us.
Nestled away in the depths of the financial report is a Japanese release schedule, which lists a game called Hoshi No Kirby, or Kirby Of The Stars, which will be apparently be making it way to the Wii, with a release date that's currently "TBA". Unfortunately, the entry is notable by its absence from the European and US schedules, although that's far from a confirmation that it won't be coming out on these shores.
While little is known about the new game outside of its name, it's certainly good to see the cute little blobby thing will be making a welcome return to a home console. Kirby's last outings on the DS have been pretty high quality affairs overall, so it'll be interesting to see what Nintendo have in store for him on the Wii.
