Today, Insomniac (Creators of Ratchet and Clank, Resistance, and Spyro the Dragon) announced that its next title, an as of yet unnamed and undated new project would be coming out on the Xbox 360 as well as the PS3, becoming the first title in the companies 16 year history to be released on something other than a Sony console.
Unfortunately, this isn't something we're likely to be seeing on the 360 anytime soon...
In a video message on the Insomniac website, company CEO Ted Price announced that they'd be teaming up with EA to bring a whole new "universe" to the Xbox 360. He then went on to say that Insomniac's loyalty to the PS3 will continue to be as strong as ever, which unfortunately scraps our dreams of an exclusive 360 Resistance.
So, while the game isn't going to be a new Resistance or Ratchet and Clank, going by the strength of their previous titles it's sure to be brilliant.
