This week's DSiWare has something for everyone, with four new games this week - be it battling dinosaurs, drilling blocks, solving a sudoku puzzle, or a shooter that makes innovative use of the camera.
NINTENDO DSiWare - Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs - Fight For Survival(Ubisoft, 800 Nintendo DSi Points)
In Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs - Fight For Survival, you can control one of three dinosaurs on their journey across prehistoric Earth, fighting GIANT enemies in a quest to save your kind. Which seems more than a little bit futile, seeing as they died out several million years ago.
NINTENDO DSiWare - Mr. DRILLER Drill Till You Drop(NAMCO BANDAI, 500 Nintendo DSi Points)
Drilling it's way onto the DSiWare store comes the latest instalment in the Mr. DRILLER franchise, a game where you drill your way to ever-increasing depths, past brightly coloured blocks to reach the goal. Dig into three different modes - mission mode, where you drill to increasingly difficult depths in differing locales, time attack mode, where you drill against the clock, and the new Dristone mode - where you must drill through a labyrinth to collect the rare Dristones.
NINTENDO DSiWare - Pocket Pack Words & Numbers(Mere Mortals, 500 Nintendo DSi Points)
A collection of word and number games, including Anagrams, Sudoku, Kakuro (Sudoku's bigger, harder, scarier brother), Word Cubes and Word Guess, Pocket Pack Words & Numbers, which should keep you busy for a while. No more mugging people for the Metroku in the morning!
NINTENDO DSiWare - System Flaw: Recruit(Enjoy Gaming ltd., 500 Nintendo DSi Points)
Using the DSi's built-in camera, System Flaw: Recruit turns your surroundings into a level, making enemies appear a full 360 degrees around you. Take on 100 challenging levels in this action shooter, combatting the threat known as "Flaw".
