It seems December is Doctor Who month at LittleBigPlanet HQ, as the fairly constant stream of downloadable extras have taken a distinctly Doctor-themed flavour as we head into the new year. While we lament the lack of themed level packs (but then, we always want more level packs), those of you looking for a bit more of a time-travelling look for your Sackboy and co, will certainly be pleased with the myriad of costume packs landing over the next few weeks - one of which lets you dress up as the true star of the Doctor Who show, the TARDIS.
As always, you'll be able to buy your costumes either on their own for £1.69 each or in packs for £4.99 each, where you'll get five of the single costumes plus one pack-exclusive costume that can't be bought separately, for a total of six. Costumes and costume packs will of course work across both versions of LittleBigPlanet 3, whether you're playing on the Playstation 3 or Playstation 4, and buying it one one format will let you download it on the other, free of charge. So without further ado, here's your full list of Doctor Who goodies, and when they'll be available:

We're a bit disappointed that it doesn't look like there's a fez in the pack for the eleventh Doctor, but still - there's certainly plenty for Doctor Who fans to be going on with! In the meantime, we can't help wondering what the new year will bring for our favourite creative platformer, LittleBigPlanet - new franchises? More levels? Or perhaps even a whole new game...
